Candidates wishing to move out of the December 2020 CFA Program exam administration have until 20 October to do so.
To do that, please follow the steps below to withdraw from Dec 2020 and re-register for any of the available exam dates throughout 2021.
Please, do register soon to get your preferred time and location, as we have information that some locations are already full.
Step 1
Sign in to your CFA Institute account and click on the CFA Program tile.
Then click the “Manage Your Exam” button and select “Withdraw from Exam.”
Step 2
Check the “confirm” box.
Select “Withdraw from Exam.”
Step 3
After you have withdrawn from the December 2020 exam, you will be able to re-register for your chosen 2021 exam and preferred exam location
This process involves no additional cost.

Standard Registration Fee: $1000 from 5 May 2021 until 10 August 2021
The exam registration costs and deadlines apply to those who are not currently candidates.
Those candidates who are re-registering from December 2020 exams have a deadline of 20 October 2020, but will not incur exam fees.
Please, note that all deadlines are 23:59 ET (Eastern US Time).
