Both ESG and CCI are graded as “RQF level 4” exams. Realistically, ESG takes few hours and covers all of environmental, social and governance issues. CCI typically takes a little longer to study and focuses strongly on the environmental aspects of ESG (i.e. the “E” and part of the “S”). Many candidates sit the ESG Certificate first and then move onto CCI, though this entirely depends on the extent to which these would be useful in your work.
